Associate Sales Representative

Job Description:

  • Drive adoption of key Women’s Health products through relationship building with prescribers
  • Implement and execute targeted sales strategies to achieve sales objectives and business growth
  • Build an effective territory call plan based on territory knowledge and strategic sales planning
  • Achieve sales objectives and drive growth in the assigned territory
  • Collaborate with district partners to maximize results
  • Analyze market trends and the assigned territory to develop sales strategies
  • Engage healthcare professionals and drive sales results through territory call plans
  • Position products through product and prescriber knowledge
  • Develop connections with new prescribers and build existing relationships
  • Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations to prescribers
  • Promote products through compelling product education
  • Comply with laws and regulations and properly use assigned company property

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Minimum 1-2 years of direct sales experience; pharmaceutical sales in Women’s Health strongly preferred
  • Strong presentation skills, both oral and written, required
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office and Sales Force software
  • Frequent business travel required
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. frequently
  • Frequent talking, hearing, visual acuity (detail/accuracy), and repetitive motion
  • Must comply with all laws and regulations and act with integrity in the use of assigned Mayne Pharma property
  • Must meet work authorization and employment eligibility verification requirements
