Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented AZ Company Truck Driver to join our team for US cross-border runs. In this vital role, you will operate heavy-duty trucks across the US-Canada border, ensuring timely and safe delivery of freight. Your dedication will help maintain our reputation for safety, efficiency, and exceptional customer service on every journey.

Responsibilities

  • Safely operate commercial trucks for cross-border freight shipments between the US and Canada
  • Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles and equipment to ensure safety standards are met
  • Manage freight loading, unloading, and securing using appropriate heavy equipment when necessary
  • Complete all required documentation accurately, including shipment logs, delivery receipts, and customs paperwork
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch teams regarding route updates, delays or issues during trips
  • Perform basic automotive repairs or troubleshooting as needed to maintain vehicle performance
  • Adhere strictly to all safety regulations, traffic laws, and company policies during operations

Must-Have Requirements:

  • Valid Class AZ Commercial Driver’s License.
  • Minimum 3 years of verifiable Canada–US cross-border driving experience.
  • Minimum 25 years of age (for insurance purposes).
  • Clean Driver's Abstract and CVOR.
  • 0 demerit points in the last 3 years (strictly no accident-related demerits).
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written) for border agents, logging, and dispatch coordination.
  • Valid Passport or legal documentation allowing entry into the United States.
  • Valid FAST Card (Strongly preferred for fast-tracked border clearance).

Assets & Preferred Qualifications:

  • Valid FAST Card (Strongly preferred for fast-tracked border clearance).
  • Knowledge of Samsara Electronic Logging Device (ELD) records and border documentation (ACE/ACI manifests).
