Seaton House , our new 5-star luxury hotel in St Andrews , is seeking Bar Attendants to join the team in our fabulous Bar. This crucial role ensures that all guests have their every need catered for when dining and relaxing in our restaurant, bar, wine cellar or al fresco terrace.

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team. As a Bar Attendant, you'll be at the heart of our guest experience, delivering exceptional service and ensuring our guests have a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation and serving of beverages to guests in an efficient and pleasant manner.

Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the Bar areas, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.

Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving complaints promptly and professionally.

Support the Bar team in all operational duties, including setting up and clearing tables, restocking supplies, and assisting with inventory management.

Assist in the coordination and execution of events and special functions.

Ensure all areas are well-stocked and presented impeccably at all times.

Desired Skills and Experience

Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is desirable but not mandatory.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high standards.

Flexible to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
