BCBA - REMOTE / TELEHEALTH

About Us

Oak Soul ABA Therapy is seeking an experienced BCBA to join our growing telehealth team. This position will start part-time with the opportunity to grow into full-time as the caseload develops.

Our primary service model focuses on telehealth caregiver/parent training, with the child present when clinically appropriate and caregiver-only sessions when appropriate. The BCBA will also support assessments, treatment planning, clinical oversight, and supervision of mid-level clinicians.

Part-Time with Opportunity to Grow to Full-Time

This position will start part-time and may grow into a full-time role as our caseload increases. Most services are provided through telehealth.

We are looking for someone who enjoys working directly with families, providing parent/caregiver training, completing assessments, developing treatment plans, and supporting mid-level clinicians.

This is not a traditional high-volume RBT supervision position. Our practice is moving toward a focused, two-tier model using BCBAs and mid-level clinicians, with caregiver-led ABA and telehealth as our main service model.

  • Teaching caregivers how to use ABA strategies at home
  • Modeling and coaching strategies during sessions
  • Reviewing progress and problem-solving barriers with caregivers
  • Helping families generalize skills outside of scheduled sessions

Depending on the client, the BCBA may also provide direct telehealth services with the child.

The BCBA may also:

  • Conduct and review initial ABA assessments
  • Complete FBAs and behavior assessments
  • Develop individualized treatment plans
  • Write measurable treatment goals
  • Develop caregiver competency goals
  • Complete reassessments and progress reports
  • Review client data and make treatment modifications
  • Supervise mid-level clinicians and BCBA trainees
  • Provide clinical consultation and case review
  • Review documentation for clinical quality
  • Support authorization and continued-care recommendations
  • Collaborate with families and other providers when appropriate
