Bilingual Field Operations Coordinator (English/Turkish)

Liwinco is a Toronto-based property management and co-living company providing furnished, all-inclusive accommodations for students and young professionals.

We are seeking a dependable, organized, and service-oriented Bilingual Field Operations Coordinator (English/Turkish) to support our day-to-day property operations across Downtown Toronto. This is a field-based position involving regular travel between properties and direct coordination with tenants, building management teams, service providers, and our internal team.

Key Responsibilities

* Conduct property, unit, and room inspections

* Coordinate tenant move-ins and move-outs

* Ensure units and rooms are ready prior to move-in

* Assist with property and room viewings

* Deliver and collect keys, fobs, and access cards

* Coordinate cleaning, maintenance, and repair requests

* Follow up with tenants and service providers regarding property-related issues

* Communicate professionally with tenants, building management, vendors, and team members

* Maintain accurate records and submit daily activity reports

* Travel between properties throughout Downtown Toronto as operationally required

Qualifications

* Fluency in English and Turkish

* Currently residing in Toronto or the Greater Toronto Area

* Valid driver’s licence

* 1–3 years of experience in property management, hospitality, customer service, or field operations is preferred

* Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills

* Ability to work independently and manage changing priorities

* Ability to multitask and resolve day-to-day operational issues

* Reliable, professional, and solution-oriented

* Availability for a flexible schedule, including occasional evenings or weekends
