We help our members with care navigation, doula support, assistance with lactation, nutrition, housing, transportation and a wide range of other needs. We leverage technology to support our virtual engagement that allows us to meet all our moms where they are.</p><p>We ensure that our members have trusted sources for support, resources, and information throughout their pregnancy, delivery and well into postpartum. Nadia Care does not replace the primary obstetrician or doctor’s relationships. This role will be responsible for making calls to potential members and accurately explaining what we do at Nadia Care and how we serve our community. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner who can memorize scripts and adapt when issues arise during a call. As the voice of our company, the Phone Outreach Associate must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as be enthusiastic about helping members and driving membership growth for Nadia Care.<br><br>This role is expected to work from <strong>9:30am-6:30pm CT</strong>, and will require flexibility to work overtime. </p><p>This role will report directly to the Phone Outreach Team Lead, which sits on the Marketing & Member Enrollment team at Nadia Care. </p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Making calls to potential members, identifying their needs, and providing information about services offered</li><li>Answering questions about Nadia Care and the membership journey </li><li>Checking if potential members are eligible to enroll with Nadia Care</li><li>Registering members with the program and scheduling their first appointment</li><li>Maintaining databases by keeping member information up to date</li><li>Collaborating across the team and company on feedback received from potential and current members</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent</li><li>Bilingual Spanish speaking required </li><li>Call center, sales, or community outreach experience</li><li>Outgoing personality who is excited to bring our services to those who need them </li><li>Good listening skills and attention to detail</li><li>Comfortable with technology and digital platforms</li><li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment</li><li>Demonstrated experience in taking direction, learn quickly, and working independently</li></ul><p>Compensation range for this position is between $22-$28/hr.
