Certified Pharmacy Techs REMOTE

Seeking certified/licensed Pharmacty Techs for a Remote position. THIS IS ONLY FOR FLORIDA RESIDENTS.


Pay: $21.00/hour
Location: Remote Opportunity
Pay Frequency: Weekly Pay
Benefits: Comprehensive Benefits Package Available

  • Training: 2 weeks training: M-F 8:00am - 4:30pm EST
    • During training, ZERO absences allowed or they will end the assignment.
  • Scheduled Shift: Permanent schedules will range from 10:00 AM–8:00 PM EST (must be available to accept an 8-hour shift during this window)

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide front-line support for pharmacy-related requests and inquiries.
  • Communicate professionally with patients, providers, and healthcare partners via phone.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while creating a positive patient experience.
  • Research, troubleshoot, and resolve issues, escalating concerns when appropriate.
  • Assist with questions regarding prescriptions, refills, and pharmacy services.
  • Accurately enter, update, and maintain patient and medication information in pharmacy systems.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and pharmacy policies while safeguarding patient confidentiality.
  • Maintain accuracy and efficiency while working independently in a remote setting.

Required Qualifications

  • Active Florida Registered Pharmacy Technician License in good standing.
  • Minimum of 2 years of recent pharmacy or healthcare experience.
  • Strong computer proficiency, data entry skills, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
  • Reliable hard-wired internet connection required (Wi-Fi is not permitted).
  • Dedicated, distraction-free workspace.
