Job Title: Monday.com Configuration Specialist (2-Month Contract)
Location: Remote

Job Summary:
We are looking for a hands-on Monday.com CRM specialist to help a Commercial Property Development company review and improve its existing business processes and then reconfigure Monday.com to support optimized workflows.

The ideal candidate should have strong practical experience with Monday.com CRM configuration, workflow/process optimization, and integrations.

Responsibilities:
  • Review and analyze the company's existing business processes and workflows.
  • Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Work with stakeholders to define and implement improved processes.
  • Reconfigure and optimize Monday.com CRM based on the new/fixed processes.
  • Configure boards, workflows, automations, dashboards, forms, permissions, and other Monday.com functionality.
  • Build or support integrations between Monday.com and other business applications.
  • Troubleshoot existing Monday.com configurations and integrations.
  • Translate business requirements into practical Monday.com solutions.
  • Provide recommendations and best practices for ongoing CRM/process management.
  • Ensure the configured solution aligns with the company's operational requirements.
Required Qualifications:
  • Strong hands-on experience with Monday.com CRM.
  • Experience configuring and customizing Monday.com for business workflows.
  • Strong understanding of business process analysis and workflow optimization.
  • Experience with Monday.com automations, integrations, dashboards, and related features.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and improve existing Monday.com implementations.
  • Experience building or supporting integrations using APIs, webhooks, or integration platforms is a plus.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and translate business requirements into technical configurations.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with Commercial Real Estate / Property Development organizations.
  • Experience with CRM/process transformation projects.
  • Experience integrating Monday.com with other business applications.
  • Consulting or implementation experience with Monday.com.
