Customer Service-Reservation Specialist (MONTEGO BAY)

Full-time Description Segoso Caribbean is looking for customer service experts to provide luxury services for an international company. We are seeking persons who enjoys speaking with customers and building rapport over the phone. If you have a natural desire to help others, we are looking for you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Inquiries: Answer inbound calls, emails, and live chats from customers with inquiries about products, services, or company policies.
  • Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Segoso Caribbean's products and services to offer accurate information and solutions to customers.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure that every interaction with the customer is positive, aiming for first-call resolution whenever possible.
  • Data Entry: Accurately record customer interactions and transactions in the company's CRM system.
  • Follow-Up: Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Flexibility: Ability to work schedule around a 24/7 business unit
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally.
  • Customer Focus: A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using computers, CRM software, and other customer service tools (experience with call center software is a plus).
  • Multitasking Ability: Able to manage multiple customer inquiries simultaneously and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to resolve issues creatively and professionally.
