Desktop Support Technician

Shift for this role is

Monday through Friday 1pm to 10pm.

Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Desktop Support Technician to join our IT team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to employees across the organization, resolving technical issues and ensuring that all computer systems and software are running smoothly and efficiently.

Duties:

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to computer hardware and software, including desktop computers, laptops, and mobile devices.
- Analyze technical problems and identify solutions using tools such as Jira and ServiceNow.
- Provide technical assistance to employees, including training and support on the use of computer software and hardware.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, including Windows servers, to ensure optimal performance.
- Manage and maintain computer networks, including network administration and troubleshooting.
- Experience working in Warehouse environment.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless communication and support.
- Utilize TCP/IP and TCP protocols to diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices in computer management and support.

Experience:
- Proven experience in a desktop support role, preferably in a large and complex organization.
- Strong understanding of computer systems, networks, and software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Experience with Windows Server and Windows operating systems.
- Knowledge of network administration and TCP/IP protocols.
- Proficiency with Jira and ServiceNow, or equivalent IT service management tools.
- Experience with computer management and support, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Printer Support.
