Detail-Savvy Lead Caller With Follow-Through and Heart (Evening and Weekend Openings)

We’re looking for someone who finds energy in a fresh batch of leads and satisfaction in seeing them through with care and consistency. You’re comfortable on the phone, curious about people, and steady with follow-up. You also have a sharp eye for detail and the kind of mind that enjoys keeping systems clean, tasks organized, and things running smoothly behind the scenes. If plans shift, you adjust. If there’s something to learn, you figure it out. You don’t need hand-holding, but you work well with others and take pride in being someone your team can count on. You thrive on fast pace and team wins.

We’re a close-knit crew that takes our work seriously but protects our people just as fiercely. There’s room to grow here, and excellent training to get you started.

We have two openings:

Evening Shift

Monday through Friday, 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM Pacific Time (4:00 PM to 9:00 PM Eastern). This role starts at 25 hours per week, with potential to grow to 35 hours per week after a trial period.

Weekend Shift

Saturday and Sunday. This role starts at 10 to 15 hours per weekend, with potential to grow as well. Expected coverage would be within 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Pacific Time (11:00 AM to 7:00 PM Eastern).

For both roles, we have a strong preference for candidates in the Pacific time zone. We’re planning to hire within the next 3 to 4 weeks, so this would not be an immediate start. Please tell us in your proposal which opening you’re applying for (or both), and your general availability.

If you’re quietly exceptional and ready for meaningful, steady work, you might be in the right place and we’d love to hear from you.

As a side note, please take the time to write a personally written proposal, not AI-created. From our end the AI proposals all sound the same. We use AI heavily, so we aren’t against it, but we want to see who you are and can’t do without your unique touch. Thanks so much, and we look forward to hearing from you!
