About the Opportunity micro1 is engaging experienced Google Analytics Specialists to support a customer project focused on completing and documenting realistic workflows within Google Analytics.

Selected contributors will use their hands-on experience with Google Analytics, web analytics, reporting, traffic analysis, and digital marketing analytics to complete practical workflows and generate high-quality interaction data that supports the development and evaluation of next-generation AI systems.

The role focuses on practical platform expertise rather than prior AI experience. Contributors will complete assigned analytics tasks, document their workflows, develop evaluation materials, and provide accurate feedback based on real Google Analytics functionality.

Responsibilities

  • Complete assigned workflows and tasks within Google Analytics using practical platform knowledge.
  • Navigate Google Analytics features related to reports, traffic, users, events, conversions, and engagement metrics.
  • Complete realistic workflows involving data analysis, reporting, audience insights, traffic analysis, and performance measurement.
  • Create and review reports based on provided workflow instructions.
  • Explore and interpret analytics data relevant to assigned tasks and business scenarios.
  • Record your screen while completing assigned workflows and clearly demonstrate the steps taken.
  • Create realistic prompts and detailed evaluation rubrics based on completed workflows.
  • Document workflow steps and explain the Google Analytics tools, features, and actions used.
  • Review task outputs for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with project guidelines.
  • Follow established quality standards and workflow instructions while working independently.
  • Provide clear documentation that can be used to support AI training and evaluation.
Required Qualifications
  • Strong hands-on experience using Google Analytics, preferably GA4.
  • Practical understanding of web analytics and digital marketing analytics.
  • Experience working with analytics reports, traffic data, users, events, conversions, and engagement metrics.
  • Ability to independently navigate Google Analytics and complete realistic analytical workflows.
  • Strong understanding of reporting and data analysis.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed workflow instructions.
  • Ability to clearly document and explain analytics processes and platform actions.
  • Current access to Google Analytics and ability to use the platform independently.
  • Comfortable recording and sharing your screen while completing assigned workflows.
  • Strong written communication skills and ability to provide structured documentation.
