We're looking for a Senior Graphic & Motion Designer to own the visual production engine behind our paid social program, building the static and animated ads that drive signup, while helping bring a consistent brand identity to every channel we show up on, paid and organic alike. You'll spend most of your time in paid social, but you'll also flex into broader marketing design works such as emails, and creative for emerging channels as they open up. Success looks like a steady cadence of high-performing creative, a testing roadmap that keeps improving what we know works, and creative agencies that consistently ship on-brand, on-strategy work because you've given them clear guardrails and fast feedback.
