We are seeking a dependable, organized, and people-focused Employee Benefits Specialist to support employees with general benefits-related questions and administrative processes.

This entry-level remote opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, communicating clearly, maintaining organized information, and learning workplace benefits and HR processes. Previous benefits or HR experience is not required; training and onboarding are provided.Responsibilities

Assist employees with general questions regarding available benefit programs and processes.

Provide professional and timely support through approved communication channels.

Help explain benefit information and direct employees to appropriate resources.

Assist with routine benefits-related administrative tasks.

Maintain accurate and organized employee information in accordance with company procedures.

Help coordinate benefits-related requests and follow-ups.

Escalate complex questions to the appropriate HR or benefits team.
