Final Proofreading Review, Kindle & Paperback Formatting, and Cover Preparation

I’m preparing my novel, Strykers, for publication and need an experienced professional for a final proofread, ebook and paperback formatting, and cover formatting.

The manuscript is approximately 65,000 words. It has already been edited, so I am not looking for a full edit or rewrite.

Scope of work:

* Final proofreading: Correct remaining spelling, punctuation, grammar, typos, and minor consistency errors. Preserve my voice, dialogue, slang, and story. Any changes beyond straightforward proofreading must be discussed with me first.

* Kindle ebook formatting: Prepare a professional, reflowable EPUB with consistent chapter formatting and a working table of contents, ready to upload to Amazon KDP.

* Paperback formatting: Prepare a print-ready interior PDF with proper margins, page numbers, chapter openings, and Garamond body text.

* Cover formatting: I already have the artwork. Prepare the Kindle front cover and paperback full-wrap cover, including the front, spine, and back, sized to the final trim size and page count. No new artwork is needed.

Please provide the final upload-ready files and editable source files, and check the finished files for formatting problems before delivery.

In your proposal, please include:

* Examples of books you have proofread and formatted for Amazon KDP.

* Your total price, with proofreading, interior formatting, and cover formatting itemized.

* Your estimated turnaround time.

* How many revision rounds are included.

Experience with urban fiction and preserving authentic dialogue is preferred.
