$2,000 bonus for new Envoy Flight Attendants

Flight Attendants who join Envoy can earn $2,000 in bonuses!* During your training, you’ll receive $1,000 and then another $1,000 at your graduation for committing to one year of service.

Flight Attendant domiciles are located at our hubs.

Training — Partially Virtual

Candidates selected for new hire training must complete ground school and Initial Operating Experience (IOE). Most of training is conducted at our Flight Academy located at Envoy headquarters in Irving, Texas, but a portion will be virtual. Ground school consists of classroom and cabin simulator training. IOE is part of training that will include flying with a qualified instructor on our revenue flights.

Training lasts approximately one month. All portions of ground school training are unpaid. Hotel accommodations and meals are provided. Upon graduation, new hire Flight Attendants will have two move days to report to their assigned domicile.

Compensation

Flight Attendant wages are governed by the contract between Envoy and the Association of Flight Attendants (AFA), and are competitive with other regional airlines. Flight Attendants are guaranteed 75 flight hours per month in addition to per diem which is paid for each hour a Flight Attendant is away from home base. Hotels on layovers are provided by Envoy.

Your Responsibilities

  • Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers

  • Serve food and beverages
  • Respond to passenger inquiries and concerns
  • Handle in-flight emergencies

What We Are Looking For

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid passport
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
