Full-Time Remote Operations & QuickBooks Assistant – U.S. Company. - Contract to Hire

URGENT HIRING – HIGH PRIORITY

We are looking to hire a reliable, responsible, and detail-oriented individual to provide remote operational and administrative support to a U.S.-based company. This is a high-priority position, and we are looking to identify the right candidate as soon as possible.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor company security cameras during working hours and keep accurate records of all outbound paver cubes/pallets leaving the company yard.

Prepare and send a detailed daily outbound shipment report to the company team.

Immediately report any unknown, unusual, or suspicious activity observed on company property.

Verify outbound shipments by comparing what leaves the yard against the corresponding packing slips and invoices provided by email.

Cross-check shipments and documentation against customer orders recorded in QuickBooks. Access and necessary training/support will be provided.

Assist with QuickBooks-related administrative tasks as assigned.

Support the company with marketing and social media activities as needed.

Perform other administrative and operational support tasks assigned by the company.

Working Hours

Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Eastern Time (USA)

Saturday: 9:00 AM–2:00 PM Eastern Time (USA)

The selected person is expected to be available and working during these hours each week, except for 8 designated U.S. company holidays.

Qualifications

College-level education required.

Good command of written and spoken English.

Must have your own computer and reliable internet connection.

Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems.

Comfortable using social media platforms.

Good communication and organizational skills.

Must be responsible, attentive, and detail-oriented, as monitoring company activity is an important part of the position.

Previous experience working remotely with a U.S.-based company is a plus but not required.

QuickBooks experience is helpful but not mandatory; support/training will be provided.
