Bilingual proficiency in English/French or English/Spanish is required. You should have strong international reservations experience and hands-on knowledge of GDS systems — Sabre is a must. Familiarity with American Express Point of Sales (POS) tools, including SBP, Quick Exchange, and Salesforce, is essential. You'll need effective communication and conflict resolution skills, strong organizational abilities, and the knack for multitasking. Problem-solving skills and the ability to manage change in a fast-paced, complex environment are key. Integrity in dealing with internal and external customers is non-negotiable. ### Compensation & Benefits The national base salary range for this role is $46,200 to $85,800, with actual pay based on experience, skills, and location.
