Responding to inquiries from customers about the availability and cost of vehicles as well as taking reservations from service departments and external customers. Assist customers with their inquiries on future reservations or anything on the account’s services Up-selling, when appropriate, by informing customers of additional services. Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction. Providing accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools Following communication procedures, guidelines and policies. Participating in all refreshers, reviews or courses for policies, procedures, system and method updates and regulations as required.. We require that you have: 1 year BPO customer service experience  Minimum High School Diploma Preferred 3 CXC/GCE subjects, including English Language or Customer service related HEART Level-II Certificate. City and Guilds Mathematics and English accepted. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent relationship building and rebuttal skills Must be at least 18 years old Valid Government ID, NIS, T.R.N Ability to type a minimum of 26wpm with a 90% accuracy Ability to work a flexible schedule including day and/or evening hours A quiet and private work environment free from distractions Basic computer navigation skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Must be flexible to work a schedule within 24 hours period any  days week.
