Leasing Agent – High-Volume Phone & Sales (Remote) — Hourly + Commission

Leasing Agent / Leasing Specialist

Pay: $6–$8/hour base, depending on experience + commission

About the Role

AMP Live Group is a growing property management company managing a large portfolio of rental properties. We are looking for a sharp, reliable, sales-oriented Leasing Agent to join our team.

This position is ideal for someone who is confident on the phone, highly organized, comfortable with sales, and motivated by results. You will be responsible for responding to rental leads, qualifying prospects, scheduling and conducting showings, following up with potential tenants, and helping convert inquiries into signed leases.

You should be comfortable handling objections, answering questions, finding solutions, and moving prospects toward a decision while maintaining a professional and friendly approach.

This is not a passive administrative position. We need someone who takes initiative, follows up consistently, and understands that speed, communication, and persistence are critical to successful leasing.

What You'll Do

Leasing & Lead Management

  • Respond quickly and professionally to new rental leads
  • Make outbound calls and follow up with prospective tenants
  • Handle a high volume of calls — approximately 100 calls per day
  • Qualify applicants based on income, credit, rental history, move-in timeline, and property requirements
  • Explain available properties, pricing, qualifications, and application requirements
  • Schedule and coordinate property tours and showings
  • Follow up with prospects throughout the leasing process
  • Maintain an organized leasing pipeline so no lead falls through the cracks
  • Work toward converting qualified leads into applications and signed leases

Sales & Customer Communication

  • Build rapport with prospective tenants and understand their needs
  • Handle objections professionally and confidently
  • Find solutions when prospects have concerns about price, qualifications, availability, location, or other issues
  • Communicate professionally by phone, text, and email
  • Provide excellent customer service while maintaining company policies and requirements

What We're Looking For

  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Strong, confident, and professional phone presence
  • Sales-oriented mindset and comfortable asking for the business
  • Comfortable making approximately 100 calls per day
  • Comfortable with frequent outbound calls and consistent follow-up
  • Ability to handle objections, think creatively, and find solutions
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple properties and leads simultaneously
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently without constant supervision
  • Reliable and responsive
  • Comfortable learning and using technology and software
  • Experience with leasing, real estate, property management, sales, customer service, or call centers is a plus
  • Experience with AppFolio, CRMs, Zillow, Apartments.com, or other listing platforms is a major plus
  • Must be comfortable working with U.S. rental customers and communicating professionally

Compensation & Growth

Base Pay: $6–$8/hour, depending on experience

Plus:

  • Commission on successful leasing outcomes
  • Opportunity for increased earnings based on performance
  • Opportunity to grow with a busy and expanding property management operation

We value people who produce results. The stronger you perform, the more earning potential you have.

How to Apply

Please submit your application along with a short note describing your relevant experience and why you would be a good fit for this position.

Because strong communication skills are essential, applicants should be prepared to complete a short phone or voice screening as part of the hiring process.

Please do not apply if you are uncomfortable making approximately 100 calls per day, following up with leads, or working in a high-volume, sales-oriented environment.

AMP Live Group is an equal opportunity employer.

Pay: $6.00 - $8.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 45.0 per week

Experience:

  • Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
