<p>Marketing Outbound & Automation Specialist</p><p><strong>Type:</strong> 3–6 Month Contract-to-Hire</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Position Summary</strong></p><p>Seeking a hands-on Marketing Outbound & Automation Specialist to manage outbound campaigns, marketing automation, and lead-generation initiatives. This role will build targeted prospect lists, develop email sequences, manage CRM workflows, and use data and AI tools to generate qualified leads and support pipeline growth.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Build targeted prospect lists using <strong>Clay and Apollo</strong>.</li><li>Create, execute, and optimize outbound email campaigns and sequences.</li><li>Write compelling, conversion-focused outbound copy.</li><li>Manage marketing automation, audience segmentation, and CRM workflows.</li><li>Support lead routing and meeting-booking processes using <strong>Salesforce and Chili Piper</strong>.</li><li>Partner with sales and marketing to improve lead quality and pipeline generation.</li><li>Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimization.</li><li>Assist with weekly reporting and performance analysis.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li><strong>3+ years of experience</strong> in outbound marketing, marketing automation, demand generation, or a related field.</li><li>Strong experience with <strong>outbound email, copywriting, and automation</strong>.</li><li>Hands-on experience with <strong>Clay, Apollo, Salesforce, and Chili Piper</strong>.</li><li>Ability to work independently with minimal direction.</li><li>Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Preferred</strong></p><ul><li>Reporting and dashboard experience.</li><li>Google Analytics experience.</li><li>Digital advertising experience.</li><li>Experience using AI tools for marketing and prospecting.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><em>The salary range for this position is $35to $38.
