We are seeking a **MYHR Specialist** to provide comprehensive support across all areas of Human Resources, including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Total Rewards, Learning & Development, Employee Services, and HR Operations. This role serves as a primary resource for employees, leaders, candidates, and external partners, delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring confidentiality, accuracy, and compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements. The MYHR Specialist supports daily HR operations, maintains employee records and systems, and contributes to an exceptional employee experience that reflects and promotes UC Health's PRIIDE Core Values. **Schedule & Location:** This is a part-time PRN position with an expected schedule of 20 hours per week: 4 hours on Friday, 8 hours on Saturday, and 8 hours on Sunday. Consistent hours are anticipated during our peak season from October through December; after December 31, hours are available on an as-needed basis and may vary depending on business needs. There are two part-time PRN positions available. Work is performed remotely in Ohio, Indiana, or Kentucky. Candidates must be able to travel onsite for equipment pickup, training, or other occasional business needs. **Education & Experience:** A High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Preferred qualifications include an Associate’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, along with a minimum of one year of administrative, customer service, healthcare support, or office experience. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidential information are essential. Previous experience in human resources, recruiting, onboarding, employee services, or healthcare administration is highly valued, as is experience working with HRIS or other HR-related software. A solid understanding of employment practices, benefits administration, and onboarding processes is preferred. Candidates should have experience supporting customer service-focused environments and interacting with diverse employee populations, and a desire to learn, grow, and advance within the human resources profession and/or healthcare industry. **What You'll Do:** - Administer HR service delivery through multiple channels, including phone, email, and case management systems. Resolve inquiries related to employee relations, benefits, payroll, onboarding, HR policies, and other HR programs; manage escalated cases; and ensure compliance with service level expectations, documentation standards, and organizational policies. Serve as an ambassador for the Human Resources department by delivering exceptional customer service and promoting UC Health's PRIIDE Core Values, policies, procedures, and commitment to employee experience. Identify, research, and resolve employee concerns and complex HR inquiries through effective communication, critical thinking, and collaboration with internal stakeholders, leaders, and external partners. Maintain accurate and complete case documentation, employee records, and tracking systems while ensuring data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance with applicable policies and regulations. Monitor service requests and case queues to ensure timely resolution, appropriate escalation, and adherence to established service standards and performance metrics. Participate in departmental meetings, huddles, training sessions, and committees as assigned, contributing to process improvement initiatives and organizational goals. Serve as a primary resource for employees and managers by addressing inquiries and providing support related to HR policies, benefits, payroll, onboarding, employee programs, and organizational procedures, ensuring timely and accurate resolution. In the area of **Total Rewards**, you will provide benefits information and education to candidates and employees during onboarding, Work Life Events, and Open Enrollment periods. You'll assist with communication and information exchange between employees, insurance providers, and third-party administrators regarding eligibility, scheduling, and benefit-related matters. Respond to routine employee and manager inquiries regarding benefit programs and processes, and maintain a general understanding of UC Health compensation and pay practices to support employee questions and direct complex issues appropriately.
