Night Service Manager

Experience in Management or Leadership Preferred

Bare Metal Standard is currently seeking an experienced Night Service Manager for our Denver Colorado Division. Bare Metal Standard is a leader in the Kitchen Exhaust cleaning industry, innovating and providing exceptional services required to keep commercial kitchens operating safely and effectively. This is primarily an overnight/graveyard shift role. The ideal candidate should be a strong critical thinker and able to manage several people and tasks at any given time.

Requirements of the Service/Production Manager

  • Strong work ethic
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
  • Valid Driver’s License required
  • Competent mathematical and analytical skills
  • Leadership background a plus
  • Must pass a criminal background check for licensing and customer security requirements.

Responsibilities of the Service/Production Manager

  • Critical Thinking and Management of all things surrounding revenue generation for the company.
  • Ensuring all kitchen exhaust services are completed every night in the appropriate timeframes.
  • Leadership and Management of technician crews to supply equipment, offer guidance, and oversee all aspects of service.
  • Responsible for onboarding and continuous training of Production Crew with assistance of Corporate Master Trainer.
  • Management of inventory and supplies ensuring each truck is equipped for success each shift.
