You coach clients online. We handle the marketing, the lead generation, the software, and the back end. What you do: Coach online clients through training programs, nutrition targets, and weekly check-ins Run consultations with leads we send you and enroll the ones who are a fit Deliver programming through the IGNIT3 Fitness and Nutrition app Track client progress, retention, and results Stay responsive to your clients inside the platform What we provide: Company-generated leads sent directly to you The IGNIT3 app, CRM, scheduling, and payment processing Program library and nutrition frameworks A coach profile featured on our website Onboarding, mentorship, and ongoing group calls Continuing education and advancement opportunities How pay works: This is a 1099 independent contractor role, paid on commission, not hourly. You earn a percentage of revenue on every client you coach, with a higher percentage on clients you bring in yourself. Your percentage increases as you produce. Full splits and numbers are walked through live in the orientation so you can ask questions and see the math. Earnings depend on how many clients you carry and how well you retain them. Schedule: Flexible and remote. You set your own hours around your client load. Part-time and full-time coaches both work here, and most keep in-person training or another job while they build. Who this is for: Coaches who want clients without building a business from scratch, who can hold a real conversation on a consultation call, and who will actually work the leads they are given. Apply and we will send you the orientation, which covers the job, the pay, the hours expected, and the certification requirements before you commit to anything.
