<div><strong>Job Description</strong><br/><strong>Oracle EBS / Fusion Cloud Project Manager - Remote</strong><br/><br/><b>Experience:</b> 8-12 years<br/><br/><b>Focus:</b> Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion Cloud Migration<br/><br/><strong>Job Summary</strong><br/><br/>We are seeking an experienced <b>Oracle EBS/Fusion Project Manager</b> with strong expertise leading <b>Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion Cloud migration and transformation programs</b>. The role requires solid knowledge of Oracle ERP delivery, data migration, integrations, testing, cutover, and stakeholder management across large enterprise environments.<br/><br/><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><br/><ul><li>Lead end-to-end <b>Oracle EBS R12 to Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP migration</b> initiatives.</li><li>Manage project scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, issues, dependencies, and governance.</li><li>Coordinate functional, technical, data, integration, testing, infrastructure, business, and vendor teams.</li><li>Drive discovery, fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration, development, testing, migration, cutover, and post-go-live stabilization.</li><li>Manage data migration strategy, cleansing, mapping, validation, reconciliation, and conversion activities.</li><li>Oversee integrations between Oracle Fusion and upstream/downstream enterprise systems.</li><li>Coordinate SIT, UAT, regression testing, performance testing, and defect resolution.</li><li>Lead cutover planning, mock cutovers, go-live readiness, deployment, and hypercare.</li><li>Track RAID items, milestones, deliverables, and critical path dependencies.</li><li>Manage Oracle implementation partners, system integrators, and offshore/onshore delivery teams.</li><li>Provide executive-level reporting on project status, risks, budget, timeline, and business readiness.</li><li>Partner with business leaders to support process redesign, adoption, training, and organizational readiness.</li></ul><strong>Required Experience</strong><br/><ul><li><b>Ideally you have 8-12 years of overall ERP/IT experience with strong Oracle program or project management experience.</b></li><li>Proven experience managing <b>Oracle EBS R12 to Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP migrations</b>.</li><li>Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud modules such as <b>Financials, Procurement, SCM, Order Management, Projects</b></li><li>Good understanding of Oracle EBS functional and technical architecture.</li><li>Experience with <b>data migration, integrations, reporting, security, testing, cut-over, and production deployment</b>.</li><li>Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP integrations, APIs, and enterprise interfaces.</li><li>Experience managing complex integrations with third-party and legacy applications.</li><li>Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.</li><li>Experience managing large cross-functional and globally distributed teams.</li><li>Strong communication, stakeholder management, vendor management, and executive presentation skills.</li></ul><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong><br/><ul><li>PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum, or SAFe certification.</li><li>Oracle Cloud certification is a plus.</li><li>Experience with multi-country or global Oracle ERP transformation programs.</li><li>Experience with post-go-live stabilization and Oracle Cloud release management.</li></ul></div>
