Join our immigration law firm as a Part-Time Office Assistant and gain valuable office experience - even if you've never worked before. This is a great role for someone dependable, proactive, and ready to learn.

You'll be working in our Los Angeles office while supporting our remote legal team with admin tasks and client intake. No legal background is needed. Just bring a great attitude, a willingness to help, and attention to detail.

What You'll Do:

This is a hands-on support role that helps keep our office organized and running smoothly.

Your tasks will include:

  • Receiving and sorting incoming mail
  • Scanning and uploading documents to our system
  • Printing and assembling immigration application packets
  • Confirming with our remote team that packets are complete
  • Keeping track of office supplies like paper and toner
  • Answering the phone and taking messages
  • Greeting occasional clients and delivery personnel
  • Conducting basic client intake calls and collecting initial case information
  • Entering new client details into our intake system
  • Scheduling initial consultations with our attorneys
  • Helping with filing, light cleaning, and other small tasks
