Position Overview – Remote Patient Care Coordinator (Evenings & Weekends)

arenaflex is seeking a dedicated and empathetic Patient Care Customer Service Representative to join our Sleep Central After‑Hours Call Center based in Murray, KY. This fully remote role is designed for professionals who thrive in a fast‑paced, patient‑focused environment and are comfortable working evenings, weekends, and occasional overnight shifts. As the primary point of contact for patients receiving sleep and home‑care equipment, you will play a critical role in ensuring timely deliveries, accurate order processing, and seamless communication that supports patients’ health and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Initiate outbound calls to patients to confirm delivery schedules, gather necessary medical documentation, and verify order details.
  • Accurately transcribe patient information into the electronic health record system, ensuring data integrity and compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Process patient orders through arenaflex’s online pharmacy platform, coordinating with logistics teams to resolve tracking issues and reschedule shipments as needed.
  • Obtain and validate medically necessary documentation, collaborating with healthcare providers to secure prescriptions, physician orders, and insurance authorizations.
