Program Manager – Tagger

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with other Program Managers, content teams and analysts, and remotely with partners to empower multi‑market content tests (movies and series) and cluster gatherings with customer audiences.
  • Fight repetitive project activities for the movies and series segments of Customer Experience, including daily contributions to track all test scores and execution, schedule high‑volume and low‑volume tests, coordinate recurring exchanges with an eye toward automation and efficiency, and manage the owner side of the project pipeline (e.g., invoicing).
  • Work closely with Program Leads and scientists to translate research objectives and requirements from internal groups (Product, Post‑Production, Customer Knowledge) to external partners such as test vendors, venues, moderators, etc.: secure local and paid vendors and maintain project and budget plans, control the recruitment cycle for test audiences, oversee participant portions, guarantee a smooth and positive research experience for respondents and Netflix viewers, whether face‑to‑face or remote, and address the needs of the Customer Knowledge group with internal and external teams, specifically product teams.
  • Survey content catalog requirements across regions (series and movies), systems (face‑to‑face, virtual, board), and markets, to precisely understand the impact on and feasibility of Netflix testing.
  • Digest quick business metrics and make actionable business, financial and product decisions based on the level of business insight.
  • Draw a clear conclusion across project types or approaches to attempt to foster frameworks and processes that position the Cluster Group and broader Customer Experience group to scale efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of five years of experience specifically in organizing and managing tests & cluster gatherings for movies, series or other streaming content: working with post‑production groups and creative, with knowledge of DCPs, audio, video, subtitle, advanced file structures, and delivery configurations, and strong capability with Airtable and Google Suite for project management.
  • Solid capacity to work with cross‑functional teams: provides clear feedback and answers well when given; areas of strength for input; can reduce the impact of others’ work; has excellent verbal and written communication with teammates and vendor partners; and is receptive to prompt and cross‑functional friends and thinks about our needs and risks.
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment: experience changing from project management, strategic regulatory initiatives, and schedule board; ability to make sound free choices, while knowing when to harbor issues; adaptability to meet time zones or other teammates’ and partners’ universally.
  • Passionate about research and ability to screen early TV shows and films to customers.
