These duties can be performed remotely but you must be available to take the calls when you are scheduled to work. <strong>The ideal candidate will be licensed in Washington and California and willing to obtain licensure in Oregon, Idaho, Nevada, and Utah </strong>to complete CCM visits monthly. <strong>Typical schedule may be varied and shall include holidays, weekends, days, and evenings.</strong></p><p><br></p><p>You should have experience in one of the following specialties: acute care, family health or geriatrics. Patience, problem-solving, and good communication skills are important.
