Position Overview
As a
Remote Patient Care Coordinator
for nexawork’s After‑Hours Call Center, you will:
- Engage with patients across the United States during evenings and weekends, providing timely assistance with equipment orders and delivery logistics.
- Accurately capture and verify patient information, ensuring compliance with medical documentation standards.
- Navigate our online pharmacy and order‑management platforms to process and track shipments.

Key Responsibilities
Patient Interaction:
