Job Title: Workday Learning Lead
Location: Remote - EST
Duration: 6 + Months

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary lead for the Workday Learning workstream.
  • Support and guide the client's Learning team on daily operational activities.
  • Manage Workday Learning configurations, administration, and support activities.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on Workday Learning best practices.
  • Collaborate with HR, Learning & Development, and business stakeholders.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and recommend process improvements.
  • Support ongoing learning initiatives, compliance training, and user adoption efforts.
  • Ensure seamless continuity of Learning operations during the interim assignment.
Required Qualifications
  • Strong hands-on experience with Workday Learning.
  • Prior experience leading Workday Learning implementations, enhancements, or support engagements.
  • Deep understanding of Learning Management System (LMS) processes and best practices.
  • Ability to work independently and engage effectively with stakeholders.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience supporting enterprise-scale Workday environments preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Workday certification(s) preferred.
  • Experience working in consulting or large enterprise environments.
  • Prior experience leading cross-functional Learning initiatives.
