Sales Closer — Residential Cleaning (Remote, Full-Time, USD Pay)

READ THIS FIRST. MOST PEOPLE SHOULDN’T APPLY. We're 5 Star Home Cleaning, an established U.S. company operating in Arizona, Montana, and California. We're hiring one closer. Not a "customer service rep who does a little sales." Not someone who "follows up." A closer: someone who gets a yes and a credit card on the same call. If that sentence made you uncomfortable, this isn't your seat. If it made you lean in, keep reading. THE DEALYou will never cold call. Not once. Every lead you talk to filled out a form asking us for a quote. They're already interested. They already have a problem (a dirty house and no time). We already have the solution. Your job is to connect the two and collect payment, in about 20 minutes. Here's what a call looks like:A homeowner who requested a quote picks up.You build rapport and walk through their home using our script: square footage, layout, condition, how often they need us.You recommend the right package based on what you heard.You present it clearly and confidently.You handle objections.You collect payment before you hang up.You log it accurately in GoHighLevel.Then you do it again. HOW YOU GET PAIDWe don't pay you to book jobs. We pay you to close jobs that pay us.Commission is paid on cash collected, not on bookings. A deep clean that gets scheduled but never gets paid earns you $0. A deep clean that gets paid on the call earns you money that day.This is on purpose. It means the reps who are great get paid a lot, and the reps who are "nice on the phone" don't. We'd rather pay one great closer more than three average ones. HERE'S THE MATHBase pay: Starts at $5/hr and grows to $7/hr as you move upCommission: Starts at 2% of cash collected and grows to 5% as you performUncapped. There is no ceiling on commission at any tier.THREE  TIERSJunior - $5/hr + 2% commission on cash collected = $1k-$1.5k/moRegular - $6/hr + 3.5% commission on cash collected = $1k-$2k/moSenior - $7/hr + 5% commission on cash collected = $1k-$2.5k/mo You move up a tier by hitting your cash-collected target 5 times. Every tier raises both your base pay and your commission percentage. The monthly numbers are examples, not limits. Hit Senior and you stay at Senior pay as long as you keep performing.No politics. No waiting for a review cycle. Your numbers decide your pay.YOU'RE THE 1% WE WANT IF:You've closed on the phone before (inside sales, appointment closing, high-ticket, anything where you asked for money and got it)Your spoken English is strong, warm, and confident. People trust you within 30 seconds.Asking for the card doesn't make you flinch. It's just the next step.You treat a script like a weapon, not a cage. You run it, then you master it.You care about connecting with the people we get the opportunity to serve.You actually want feedback. Your calls will be reviewed and coached every week, and you'll get better because of it.You don't let leads fall through the cracks. Your pipeline is organized and your CRM is clean.You have reliable internet, a quiet workspace, and can work U.S. business hours (Mountain/Pacific time).THIS IS NOT FOR YOU IF: You say "I'll circle back" more than you say "Let's get you scheduled"You want a guaranteed salary and don't want your pay tied to resultsYou get defensive when someone critiques your callsYou're looking for something "easy" to do on the sideWHAT YOU GET:100% warm inbound leads, so all your time goes to selling instead of prospectingUncapped commission tied directly to your performanceA clear, numbers-based path from Junior to SeniorWeekly call coaching from people who've built a multi-location companyA stable U.S. company that's growing across three markets HOW TO APPLY — FOLLOW THESE EXACTLYWe want to hear how you sound and see whether you follow instructions, because both matter on every call.Record a video message of 2 minutes or less. Pretend I'm a homeowner who requested a cleaning quote but said, "I need to talk to my husband first." Handle the objection and ask for the payment.In your application, tell us the most money you've personally collected on the phone in a single month, and what you were selling.Start your application/message with the words "I am a closer" Applications without all three won't be reviewed. If you can't follow three instructions in a job post, you won't follow a script on a live call.We're looking for one great closer. If that's you, prove it.
