About us ZM Scheduler is scheduling software for restaurants and other shift-based businesses. Managers use it to build weekly schedules, and staff use it to see their shifts and trade them. We're a small, self-funded team based in North Carolina. Why this role If you're looking for a real start in sales, this is hands-on experience selling software to business owners, and you're paid for every deal you close. You'll learn prospecting, demos, and closing directly from a sales leader with an enterprise software background. You set your own hours, so it fits around a job search, grad school, or another job. What you'll do • Call restaurant owners and managers • Show them how the product solves their scheduling headaches • Get them started on a free trial and help them choose a plan What we're looking for • You're comfortable talking to people and don't mind hearing no • You're organized and motivated without someone looking over your shoulder • No sales experience required. We'll teach you. Pay 100% commission, 1099 independent contractor. There's no base pay, so your income depends on what you sell. • 10% of every deal, with bonuses up to 1.35x for strong months • Examples 10 sales in a month ≈ $1,400 · 20 sales ≈ $3,000+ No sales experience required; must be comfortable talking to people, organized, and self-motivated.
