You dive into cost drivers and productivity metrics, and when performance moves away from plan, you look for the story behind the numbers.
You sit side by side with your Operations partners, translating data into clear, actionable insight and aligning on the right path forward.You work independently on your own analysis while partnering closely with colleagues across the business.
You will be based in one of our corporate offices and may visit our sites from time to time to ground your analysis in real operational context.
No two weeks look exactly the same, and that variety is part of what makes the role rewarding.Basic qualifications- Bachelor's degree or above- Speak, write, and read fluently in English- Experience in tax, finance or a related analytical field, or experience in quantitative role (engineering, process re-engineering, quality assurance)- Experience working with data to drive business decisions, including advanced proficiency in Excel- Experience building and managing financial models for business forecasting and problem solving, or experience in financial modelingPreferred qualification - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Mathematics, Economics, or another relevant field, or Master's degree (MBA or related discipline)- Experience in relevant finance roles, or experience in forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and interpreting financial results- Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (i.e.
