US-Based Appointment Setter - B2B Phone Outreach to Sports Organizations

NextCommit is a college recruiting platform. We partner with youth and high school sports organizations - clubs, facilities, leagues and academies across ten sports - so their athletes can get in front of college coaches.

Unlike the recruiting services these organizations normally get pitched, there's nothing for them to buy. It runs under their own name and brand, and they earn a share of the revenue instead of paying a subscription. That's usually the line that gets someone to stop and listen on a call.

WHAT YOU'D DO

Call coaches, owners and directors from a list we provide and book 30-minute screenshare demos on my calendar. That's the whole job. No closing, no email sequences, no list building.

WHO YOU'D BE CALLING

Coaches, owners and directors of sports organizations across the US. Most are running a program alongside everything else. They're reachable, they're busy, and most have heard from a recruiting company before.

THE SETUP

- We provide the dialer, the list and the script

- You provide a quiet space, a decent headset and a US phone presence

- Every call is recorded. We'll review some together in week one to sharpen the script

- 15-20 hours a week, scaling up for whoever performs

PAY

$15/hour plus $50 for every demo that is actually held, not just booked. Strong performers earn $25-35/hour effective.

LENGTH

4-week paid pilot. We're hiring 2-3 people for the pilot and continuing long-term with whoever performs best.

WHAT A GOOD DAY LOOKS LIKE

120-150 dials, real conversations, and demos on the calendar.

YOU'RE A FIT IF you've done B2B phone outreach before, you can hold a conversation with a 45-year-old business owner without sounding like you're reading, and you'd rather be measured on results than on hours logged.

YOU'RE NOT A FIT IF your experience is consumer appointment setting (solar, insurance, real estate wholesaling), or you need a manager checking in on you.

TO APPLY

Please answer all four screening questions. Applications without the voice note won't be reviewed.
