In this role, you will play a key part in the final packaging stage of high-volume packaged consumer goods, ensuring products are safely organized, boxed, and prepared for distribution.</p><p>This is an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals looking for steady daytime hours with immediate start dates and long-term potential.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li><p>Hand-pack finished product containers into designated shipping boxes and cartons according to order specifications.</p><li><p>Inspect packaged goods for seal integrity, proper labeling, and visual quality before final packing.</p><li><p>Assemble, fold, and prep cardboard shipping boxes and display cases.</p><li><p>Stack, bundle, and organize packed boxes onto pallets for staging and transport.</p><li><p>Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA and facility safety standards.</p><li><p>Perform basic inventory counting and assist team leads with general facility support as needed.</p></ul><h3>Qualifications & Requirements</h3><ul><li><p><strong>Physical Stamina:</strong> Ability to stand, bend, stretch, and perform repetitive hand/arm motions for the duration of an 8-hour shift.</p><li><p><strong>Lifting Ability:</strong> Comfortable lifting and moving items weighing up to 25–30 lbs consistently.</p><li><p><strong>Punctuality & Reliability:</strong> Strong attendance record and ability to arrive on time for a 7:00 AM shift start.</p><li><p><strong>Work Authorization:</strong> Must be legally eligible to work in the United States and consent to standard pre-employment background screening.</p><li><p><strong>Language:</strong> Basic English communication skills to follow written/verbal safety and operational instructions.</p></ul><p>Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $18.00 - $18.00
