Job Description:
The Warehouse Receiving Specialist manages the flow of purchased components, receiving inbound deliveries, verifying them against packing lists and purchase orders, stocking inventory, and supporting the production build schedule.
  • Unload inbound deliveries and receive components using a forklift and/or pallet jack.
  • Verify received items against packing lists and purchase orders, and document any damaged, short, or incorrect shipments.
  • Stock components in organized, labeled storage locations and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Pick, pull, kit, and stage components to support upcoming production builds.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and dock area.

Job Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Prior warehouse, parts, or inventory experience preferred
  • Ability to read and interpret packing lists, purchase orders, and part numbers.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs. and operate a forklift and pallet jack.
