  • Help Resource Manager pack and stage inventory for next-day operations at each location.
  • Confirm daily inventory needs by checking stock levels against par and communicating with location teams.
  • Assist Resource Manager with determining next-day inventory needs with each location through the WhatsApp group chats and help coordinate delivery and supply-sharing needs with our family of partner restaurants (Momoya, Kappo Sono and One Bryant Park restaurants)
  • Assist Resource Manager in keeping location managers and HQ aligned on what is ordered, packed, and in transit.

What We're Looking For

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Clear, reliable communicator across in-person, phone, and group chat.
  • Comfortable with physical work: lifting, packing, organizing storage areas, and moving between locations.
  • Able to juggle multiple locations and priorities in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Familiarity with restaurant inventory, food storage standards, or hospitality operations is a plus.
  • Ability to travel between NYC locations as needed.
