YouTube Video Editor – Long-Term Collaboration

I am looking for an experienced YouTube Video Editor for my new YouTube channel.

I will provide the raw video footage, and the editor will be responsible for turning it into a polished, engaging and professional YouTube video.

Responsibilities:

Edit raw footage into complete YouTube videos

Remove unnecessary parts, mistakes and pauses

Create smooth cuts and transitions

Add background music and appropriate sound effects

Add subtitles, captions, titles and on-screen text where required

Basic colour correction and audio enhancement

Improve pacing and viewer engagement

Add suitable B-roll, images or visual elements when needed

Create a professional and consistent editing style for the channel

Deliver the final video in YouTube-ready format

What I am looking for:

Good experience with YouTube video editing

Strong understanding of pacing and storytelling

Ability to make videos engaging rather than simply cutting footage

Good communication and ability to follow instructions

Creativity and attention to detail

Ability to meet agreed deadlines
